So we are here at Disneyland for three days, the new policy they have for checking tickets to photos to ID to no hand stamps has even us long time guests lost. How they can keep it straight is a bit of magical pix dust.

What ever they are thinking on how to make getting into Disneyland and California Adventure "better" they "management" is lost and the feels are shown in the way we as guests are treated. No direction everyone can make up the rules are they go along. We had our pictures taken for the tickets and by the afternoon the policy changed on what the picture was showing. Mind you the cast members take the picture not us the guest.

then they have to reprint the ticket so the new "passport" look photo is acceptable. Again we the guest are not in control. Now the new tickets with the correct photos took away extra days and would not work to get Fast passes in the parks. When we asked for help we were directed to the main gate.

Once we got back to the gate the cast members in charge called out the "lead" who turned out to anything but. She was confused could not find out photos and ticket use so she just printed more tickets for us. In total we got two extra days and five sets of tickets.

The best part none of them worked. Good planning Disney Management.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: Get some help in guest service and ticket processing..

Disneyland Pros: Effort, Magic.

It's amazing ppl who can't even speak or write in English are complaining!! YOU Got 2 FREE days and your complaining and your blaming cast members who probably couldn't understand your issue especially if you talk like you write!!

this makes no sense. is your complaint that you lost a ticket & needed a new one printed?

Made no sense to me either. So far, most of these complaints are written so poorly that it is hard to really care.
