Been several times (first time was 25 years ago) - now staff are rude & surly, fast pass is an utter failure just another money spinner for Disney, not the happiest place anywhere, totally ripped off, could never recommend it, paid an enormous amount to walk around & look at a fountain in reality, just can't stress enough that this place should be given a wide berth.

May 9 2017 at 1100. Cast member at Ca adventure at princess Elena photo shoot accused me of being a liar in front of my daughter who ended up crying. He said to line up but princess is no longer seeing more kids. When confronted he retracted his statement. I dont mind an apology and wait for next time but dont tell us to line up and accuse me. Justin is the name.

I was told to stand between the horses on the carousal but I said I couldnt because there are people on them then the cast member just repeated himself in a louder and more stern voice. He cam see i can physically fit myself there, as if being louder would allow me to defy laws of physics!
