Great customer service on the phone. Answered all my concerns and was caring and polite. I felt like the representative treated me like an individual and was truly there to assist my needs.

I received excellent guidance from Jimmy. He answered my questions patiently, kindly and with a sense of humor.

Jimmy also advised me to call anytime with questions.
FYI, I find all the app/tech details cumbersome and, at times, confusing.

Kinda takes the fun out of the visit. It would be great if some of this could be streamlined.
