I purchased tickets for Disneyland online through the Disney website. I chose print@home as my delivery option.

The total of my purchase was $856. I received the initial email that said my tickets were on their way. I never received my tickets, so I called customer service. They were very rude.

They rudely told me that there was a problem with the system and I may still receive my tickets, but if I didn't, I could try to bring the initial email to will call and see if they can get my tickets. I should not have to get to Disney and not know if I will have tickets or have to stand in the long will call line because Disney has an issue. Shouldn't they fix their mistakes and make it right with the customer? I even asked if they could now mail them to me or I could cancel my tickets and choose a new delivery option.

I was told no, not their problem.

I have been to Disneyworld 3 times and have never had any issues or been treated rudely by cast members before. I still can't believe the level of customer service at Disneyland.
