Disneyland - Most awful experience ever

BEEN THERE A TON OF TIMES.. WENT LAST WEEK WORST DAY OF MY LIFE .. NO ONE IS ON THE.SAME PAGE THAT WORK THERE THE SEND U PLACES U CANT GET SERVICE .. LEAVE U PRETTY MUCH NO OPTIONS NO HELP .. THEY WERE SO RUDE.. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN

Terrible Disneyland ticket sales customer service

Called and spent over an hour long distance (no toll free #) to try to purchase tickets as it does not work online. Agent clueless? Escslated to manager and had to start all over. Different answers depending on who you talk to.

I hope that no one ever has to endure this. A simple form of communication as to why the tickets were canceled would have resolved this issue.

She gave two excellent options : to give it to her without receiving it back or to go out of the park and leave the stick ( which would take me at least half an hour). When I told her that it was not my fault, and asked her if they could at least keep it with them and give it back later, she called security. I was with two kid with me. Shame on Disneyland...
