When you pay $300 to get into a theme park for one day, you would hope the cast members treat you nicely and allow you to sit on the rides with your loved ones after waiting in line for half an hour.This didn't happen when we went on the Matterhorn.
A cast member named Femi didn't allow us to sit together and even laughed and made fun of us when we requested it after he placed us apart.
This doesn't seem like the Disney way.I hope Disney hires people that are nicer to their customers and treat them with some respect.
