My parents and myself and son went to Disneyland October 21, 2017 . We got the full price on tickets .

And it was a horrible experience from being my mom got knocked into by a mobile scooter with the cast members badge . Not sure it was a worker . A waitress Carnation Café moved our table as we were dining . And attempt to get us out of the sunlight .

I had requested indoors on my reservation . I appreciate the gesture but she should have asked first . Things were flying off the table , I had to leave and come back five minutes before the bill the glare and sun so bad . .

ran into numerous problems . rowdy Guest not enough security . No cast member would get assistance . He paid full price for the tickets etc.

just to have one of the worst days of our lives . You become so greedy Disneyland you put the money above the safety and comfort your guest .
