Value for money

Me and My family visited Disney on 12/26 and to say we were disappointed is an understatement. Don’t waste your money.

They say they allow 60000 to 70000 people before they shut the park. Try 200000. Could not move. Only half the Park was open due to power problems.

We were there from 8am till late afternoon and only managed 3 rides. The lines were 2 to 3 hours wait on some rides. The rest were upto 2 and hour. Didn’t see any characters and the lines for food were ridiculous.

Rest of the rides kept on doing malfunctioning while we were standing in lines and were told that ride is down for an i definite period. Such a horrible experience for my 4 year old. We traveled from houston and paid premium for tge tickets ($97 vs $124) this was our must do in CA. Forget it.

Waste of time.

Hated it. 1 Star is too many

Your review makes no sense. You claim you paid $127 for your premium tickets.

Interesting, since that is the price of a one day, peak season ticket. The very words "peak season" when you bought your tickets should have alerted you to the crowds.

There is this wonderful thing called the internet, perhaps you've heard of it as you posted comments here. I can't even count how many Crowd Calendars and blogs are dedicated to theme parks. To whine about crowd levels, the DAY AFTER Christmas, is pure ignorance.

Hey Disneyland customer service people that are posting negative responses under Anonymous names. Man up stop attacking people who have attended Disneyland and spent a good deal of money for the experience.

This is absolutely evident in your unprofessional customer service. If you really believe in what your posting put your name stop posting anonymously trying to defend Disneyland

You're cute. I'm guessing 5 years old or so?

Please tell me I'm right, otherwise the stupidity is astounding.First of all, why would Disneyland customer service people come on here and worry about a complaint that has no merit?

Second, as someone who goes to Disney World every year - never been to Disneyland - I second the posts that state that going the day after Christmas and expecting it to not be busy is asinine. You should know that already, but even if you don't you could figure it out by doing 5 seconds of research before spending your money. This is 100% on the original poster. And putting a first name doesn't make you any better than the anonymous folks.
