Total denial of Disney control over accounts built by fraudulent entities.
- -Unauthorized account set up via fraudulent site cdn.disney.go.com; Comcast moved it to verification; Disney should keep a list of approved accounts.
An account was set up by a fraudulent website, cdn.disney.go.com. It had accessed my password lock and created a username and a password.
Comcast addressed this immediately and sent it to the right seek and verify department. Disney should have an ongoing updated list of acceptable accounts and billing creators to prevent this unauthorized account behavior and financial cost to consumers.
- Asking for potential cost is like asking a woman how bad was the rape
Preferred solution: Apology
User's recommendation: Be mindful and suspicious unrequested which *** appears to turn a blind eye to for profit.

Unprofessional and Disrespectful
- Disney in Anaheim feels different; an older woman at the main entrance was unhelpful, and Disney should improve attitude and professionalism.
Disney in Anaheim has changed; it no longer feels the same. There is a noticeable shift in the energy.
An older woman with brown skin at the main entrance was unhelpful when we needed assistance with scanning our barcode and taking our picture. Rather than helping us, she made the situation more difficult. When we confronted her about her unhelpful attitude, she acted as if nothing had happened and implied that we were the problem. It makes you wonder why work there if it leads to such misery?
Taking all the frustration on customers who are struggling.
Not good. Dinesy needs to improve in attitude, helpfulness, and professionalism.

- Paid for nine lightning passes but rode nothing.
- It was packed and staff were rude.
- Passes require a 10-minute app booking and an hour-long wait.
The worst place in the world. We paid for nine tickets, all of them with lightning passes, and didn't even get on one ride.
Disgustingly packed, all the employees are so rude, and that's why none of them have smiles on their faces. They treat you more like prisoners than customers who bought tickets, and the lightning passes are worthless; do not buy.
With the lightning passes, you still have to make an appointment 10 minutes before you go to each ride on the app and still have to wait an hour to get on the ride. We couldn't even find Mickey or any of the other characters for the three hours that we were there.
- Beautiful place
- Terrible customer service
- Terrible business motto with the lightning passes and way too overcrowded
Preferred solution: Full refund
User's recommendation: Do not go there and instead go to *** or *** but if you do do not waste your money on lightning passes total garbage
Disneyland's high tech scan your smart phone system has done nothing but slow down entry to a crawl.
- Disneyland's smartphone scanning system is slow and inefficient.
- A person scanning phones was faster and tech hasn't improved access.
Disneyland's latest way to access the park by having a machine scan your smartphone is terribly slow and inefficient. It was a lot faster when they had a person physically scan the phones.
Technology hasn't improved anything. For one step forward they've taken 2 steps back.
User's recommendation: Not much can be done about it until Disney wakes up to reality.

Verified ReviewerBad Disneyland experience
- Park was very crowded; long waits and limited food options.
- Refund requested for Shirley Lang (AU$280) after two hours due to crowds.
I haven’t heard a thing from customer service regarding my complaint.
It took over and hour for one ride and we couldnt get a table to eat for food anywhere. Two of our party Robert and Jennifer Martin went to guest services and got a refund as jenny is going through chemotherapy and couldnt cope with the crowds and was tired . So then we had 8 left then after another hour my husband Russell Davies took Shirley Lang home who was sad her ride its a small world was shut for renovations. She had wanted to go on this ride since she was a young girl.
This was her first time to Disneyland but was also tired of the crowds as she is 82 . We wanted to go on the Sunday but you have the not so scary party and we couldnt afford both . We wanted to see the fireworks that night so it had to be Saturday. We now had 6 left thankfully guest services helped with some lighting lane passes and the haunted house and seats for the fireworks ( which were fabulous) so the ones who stayed did have a good Disney experience in the end .
I really do think you need to limit your numbers in the park to make it more enjoyable for all . It was a shame a few attractions and food venues were shut too . Anyway what Im asking for is a refund for Shirley Lang who only lasted two hours and only had one ride on pirates of the Caribbean so she didnt get her moneys worth. It cost $280 Australian .
I felt bad as I had talked her into going as I said it would be fun . Hopefully you can help many thanks Linda Davies
User's recommendation: Don’t go if you don’t like crowds Disney pack in to many people to make $$$$$$

Verified ReviewerConfirming annual passes are valid
- Customer service never answers and loops options while the user asks if a Christmas 2024 SoCal annual pass remains valid without activation.
no one answered the phone for customer service just keeps repeating options

Verified Reviewer |Rude staff
- Staff refused ride time and accessibility; hijab-related discrimination perceived.
- Rides were under construction or broken; panic attacks all day.
I have low blood sugar and high anxiety. The staff refused to give me time to go on the rides, which I do every year.
I showed them paperwork of my severe anxiety. They were very rude and denied accessibility. I don't know if it was racism because I wear a hijab. In addition, most of the rides were under construction or broken that day.
These included rides like Indiana Jones, Peter Pan's Flight, and Space Mountain.
I had panic attacks throughout the day. It was a horrible experience and I was a frequent guest.
- Nice rides

- Four tickets $1,180, parking $35, and $400 on food; rude service toward wife in hijab; no smoking or prayer area; security called.
Good morning I was there yesterday me and my family I purchased four tickets. It cost me $1180 plus parking of $35 plus I spent some money for $400 food and toys for my kids.
The customer service was very bad they were very rude because my wife was wearing hijab because we are Muslim. They treat us like *** and my kids. They were crying when we entered the other park and the lady she was rude to my wife and Im sure you guys have camera to check everything out. It happened at 6:31 one to the different park.
I would love to have my money back for the customer service. You guys gave us. Its not worth it to pay this much money and get that service from you guys. Another thing there is no areas for smoking.
Thats really bad and there is no area to my praying I went to pray on one of the corner, they kicked me out so you can do that here and they said were gonna call the security. I said go ahead and call them and the security came and nothing happened.
User's recommendation: Don’t go there very bad service very very rude. They have no customer service at all.

- I purchased tickets but could not use them, despite Disney extending the time.
- I want to transfer unused tickets to a relative and need the process.
I previously purchased tickets but was not able to use them. Disney gave me time but I still was not able to use the tickets.
Can I transfer them to a relative?
If so, how or what is the process? Thank you, Darryl Keck.

You had an attitude with her first by confronting her.
No misery on the employee’s part. Just stupidity on yours.
The fact that you described the person the way you did shows you are the problem. Grow up. Be respectful and you will probably get that same energy back.
