I was so disappointed to find out what a money-grabbing organization this is (big surprise, I guess).Especially disappointing was the fact that as I purchased my entry ticket (not cheap) I inquired about renting an electric scooter since I knew I couldn't tour without it and was told they were available inside and "to your right".
Then I entered the grounds, only to find no scooters were available for up to 2 hours!!!! I didn't feel right holding back my companions, so before I left the grounds I went to Customer Relations hoping to get at least a partial refund - only to be told they absolutely NEVER give refunds!
So, approximately $100 for a fifteen minute experience was hugely disappointing to say the least.Needless to say, I will never go back, and I certainly won't ever recommend it to anyone who requires assistance, actually I won't recommend it to anyone at all!!!
