Staff that works at the pool area in DisneyLand Resort took our Memories and the most Expensive 4k Camera and Pretending that they don't know who did it and refusing to show Camera Footage ,Blaming on Police has access ,but Police says Disney has it,after 2 weeks of trying to reach Rubby who was assigned to our case,still no results and better then that even they came up with excuse that Nothing Viewable on their end and they will try to Learn from Hotel,which i don't even undersdtand what is she talking about ,Worse experience dealing with Disney,Besides that they stole our CAMERA they also covering the Person who did it,since its their Employee....

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

If it was such an expensive camera, WHY did you set it down? Sheesh... get real.
